Who we are

Hedgehog Capital provides research, risk management, and a dedicated trading AI to professional and high-net-worth investors.

Regulatory status

Hedgehog Capital is not a custodian and never holds client assets. Clients keep their capital on their own exchange accounts. The exchanges are independent third parties, and their own terms and regulatory status apply.

Professional and high-net-worth investors only

This site and our services are intended only for professional investors, meaning institutions, funds, foundations, family offices, and professional trading firms, and for high-net-worth individuals who qualify as professional, sophisticated, or eligible investors under the rules where they live. We are not permitted to provide them to retail investors. Because of US regulations, the services are not available to US persons, including US citizens and residents, or to anyone in a sanctioned jurisdiction or on a sanctions list.

Not an offer, not advice

Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any investment, or an invitation to invest in a fund. Hedgehog Capital does not operate a fund. Nothing here is investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, or a recommendation that any strategy is suitable for you. Research notes and newsletters are education.

Risk

Trading digital assets and derivatives involves significant risk. You can lose all of the capital you allocate, and leveraged or derivative positions can lose more quickly than unleveraged ones. Digital asset markets can be volatile, illiquid, and open around the clock.

Strategies, risk limits, and AI models can fail. Markets can move faster than risk limits can respond. Exchanges can suspend trading, fail, or lose assets. API connections, hardware, and networks can fail. Past results, backtests, and simulated results do not indicate future results, and no return is promised or guaranteed.

Fees and payment

The fees described on this site are a summary. The binding terms are in the client agreement. Fees are priced in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency. If a subscription is not renewed or a performance fee is not paid, we contact you and allow a 30-day grace period; if it remains unpaid, the service stops. Refunds, renewal, exchange-rate, and tax terms are set out in the client agreement.

The content of this site is provided as it stands and may change without notice. We take care over it but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.
